The Bard 118-096-X is an OEM condenser grille used on select Bard wall mount HVAC units to guard the outdoor condenser coil and fan area from windblown debris while maintaining the airflow the unit needs to reject heat properly. This is an EXTERIOR CABINET COMPONENT, finished in Beige textured enamel to match factory units, and the cabinet coating has been tested to withstand over 1000 hours of salt spray tests per ASTM B117-03 for corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
