The Bard 125-012-X fan shroud is an OEM exterior cabinet component used on Bard wall-mount HVAC equipment to properly channel condenser airflow through the fan opening, helping the unit maintain correct air movement and reducing the chance of recirculation that can hurt cooling performance.
