Bard 147-044-1 is an OEM evaporator offset angle used as a left side evaporator support in select Bard wall mounted packaged air conditioners and heat pumps. This internal sheet metal support helps keep the evaporator section properly aligned and secured, which is important for maintaining correct coil position, preventing vibration related wear, and ensuring the cabinet and coil assembly fit back together the way the factory intended. Because model series can use similar looking brackets with different hole patterns or bends, confirm your unit model and serial number and compare the original part before ordering to ensure the right match for your specific Bard equipment.
