Bard part 165-620-4 is an OEM rain channel used on Bard wall-mount air conditioner cabinets to help manage runoff at the top/front area of the unit so water is directed away from cabinet openings and critical components. Replacing a bent, cracked, or missing channel helps reduce nuisance water intrusion, staining, and premature cabinet corrosion around the unit face, especially in wind-driven rain. This is an exterior cabinet component finished in Buckeye Gray textured enamel to match factory units, and exterior panels with enamel cabinet paint coating have been tested to withstand over 1000 hours of salt spray tests per ASTM B117-03.
