Bard 1913-014 - Adhesive foam seal strip
Bard 1913-014 is an OEM polyurethane foam strip used in Bard wall-mount HVAC cabinets to create a tight seal between mating surfaces, helping prevent air bypass, vibration noise, and moisture infiltration that can lead to efficiency loss and nuisance issues. The factory spec is a 1/2 in by 1/4 in strip in charcoal foam with adhesive backing so it installs cleanly on panels, partitions, and duct or plenum interfaces where Bard designs call for a compressible gasket. Replace this material anytime it is torn, flattened, or missing during service work so airflow stays properly directed through the coil and blower path and cabinet joints remain sealed for dependable operation and easier troubleshooting.
