The Bard 5201-024 is an OEM 3/8 in HP bi-directional filter drier used in Bard wall-mounted air conditioner and heat pump refrigeration circuits to help keep the system clean and dry by trapping moisture, acids, and debris as refrigerant circulates in either direction.
