Bard 521-429 - Heat Exchanger Partition Assembly
The Bard 521-429 Heat Exchanger Partition Assy is an OEM internal sheet metal divider used in the heating section on select Bard wall-mounted HVAC units, helping separate compartments so airflow and heat exchanger function stay properly directed and protected. If your original partition is damaged, corroded, or missing after service work, replacing it with the correct Bard factory part helps maintain proper burner and heat exchanger area isolation, reduces the chance of hot spots or air bypass, and supports safe, consistent heater operation. Confirm fit by matching the full part number 521-429 to your unit model and serial information before ordering.
