Bard 5650-006 - Heat Pump Reversing Valve
Bard part 5650-006 is an OEM reversing valve assembly (Ranco V30-2101-47) used in Bard heat pump wall mount and packaged systems to change the direction of refrigerant flow between heating and cooling modes. When a heat pump is stuck in heat or cool, short cycles during changeover, or will not switch reliably, a worn or internally leaking reversing valve is a common mechanical cause. Installing the correct Bard OEM valve helps restore proper mode changeover and system performance, but sizing, connection orientation, and brazing practices must match the original valve used in your specific Bard model and serial range.
