Bard part 8101-019 is an OEM 1/10 HP, 230/208V three speed motor used in select Bard HVAC equipment to drive the indoor air moving section and maintain proper airflow across the coil. When a motor starts overheating, humming, running only on one speed, or failing to start, replacing it with the correct Bard motor helps restore designed airflow, temperature control, and overall system reliability.
