Bard part 8103-007 is an OEM 1/5 HP, 230V, 1075 RPM electric fan motor with clockwise rotation, used on select Bard wall-mount HVAC units to drive the condenser fan or blower for proper airflow across the coil and stable system operation. When a motor starts overheating, squealing, stalling, or tripping the unit, replacing it with the correct Bard motor helps restore designed airflow and protects the compressor and refrigeration circuit.
