Bard 8402-043 - Fan and limit control, 8 inch

Bard part number 8402-043 is an OEM fan and limit control with an 8 inch sensing element designed for warm air heating sections used with Bard equipment. This combination control monitors plenum temperature to cycle the indoor blower on and off at the proper time while also providing a high limit safety function that opens on excessive temperature to help protect the heater and duct system. When a fan and limit control is weak, out of calibration, or failing intermittently, you can see delayed blower operation, short cycling, nuisance limit trips, or overheating complaints, so replacing it with the correct Bard OEM control is the best way to restore safe, predictable heating operation and proper blower timing.
