Bard 9043-312 - Blower door safety switch

Bard part number 9043-312 is an OEM blower door switch (manufacturer reference 4034400) used in many Bard wall mounted HVAC units to interrupt the electrical circuit when the blower access panel or service door is opened. This safety interlock helps prevent the indoor blower from operating while the cabinet is open, supporting safer troubleshooting and service while maintaining proper factory intended control operation once the door is secured. Replace a worn or intermittent switch to restore dependable door interlock function, and confirm fit by matching your unit model and wiring connections to the Bard parts list or service manual before ordering.
