Bard MC4001-A is an OEM solid state dual unit lead lag controller with base alarm board used to manage two Bard wall mount HVAC units in alternating lead and lag operation for telecom shelters and other mission critical spaces. This controller is designed to run from typical 24-volt control power (18 to 32 VAC) and provides a front panel display for temperature readout and programming, along with status indication for stages and which unit is currently lead. The integrated base alarm board supports dry contact alarm outputs to tie into a building management system or remote monitoring, helping you track common fault and temperature conditions while keeping runtime balanced between units.
