The Bard S111X030 Outlet Air Frame Assembly - RH is an OEM right-hand air outlet frame used in select Bard wall-mounted HVAC units to properly support and seal the supply air discharge path. When this frame is bent, cracked, or missing, it can cause air leakage, vibration, and poor airflow where the unit ties into the supply opening. Replacing it with the correct Bard factory part helps restore a tight, correctly aligned outlet connection so the blower can deliver air as designed, and it reduces the chance of bypass air and rattles that show up after cabinet repairs or rough service work.
