The Bard S553-540-8 is an OEM ERV vent option door assembly used on select Bard wall mount air conditioners to properly cover and seal the ERV ventilation opening while maintaining the intended outside air and energy recovery ventilation configuration. This cabinet door assembly helps protect the vent compartment from weather and unwanted air leakage so the unit can operate as designed, and it is a direct-fit replacement when the original door is damaged, missing, or no longer sealing correctly. Finished in Dark Bronze textured enamel to match factory units. Ensure this matches the color of your Bard unit for seamless replacement. Exterior panels with enamel cabinet paint coating have been tested to withstand over 1000 hours of salt spray tests per ASTM B117-03. This listing is for the panel only.
